The User and final consumer remains the Data Controller of the personal data provided for the purposes of the services provided by NOI80, and as such is obliged to comply with the regulations in force regarding the protection of personal data, to obtain the informed consent of the interested parties to the processing of their personal data and to provide all the necessary guarantees for the processing of personal data.

The User remains responsible at all times for the images published and personal data entered on the Site. Without prejudice to the foregoing, NOI80 reserves the right to withdraw any illicit or illegal Content.

NOI80 will process the data in accordance with the standard contractual clauses established by the European Commission.

3. Categories of personal data processed.

The personal data subject to processing are the personal data provided by the User to NOI80 when completing the online registration form, through social networks, or by any other permitted means (chat, telephone, e-mail, video conference).

Business details: company name and activity. Data included in the professional's profile/file.

Upon registration, the User acknowledges and accepts that his/her photographs and user profile are made publicly visible to the rest of the Users on NOI80 as well as on the various search engines on the Internet.

If the User's personal data is collected through a social network, the applicable privacy policy must be that established by said particular social network.

4. Mandatory or optional nature of the information provided by the User and truthfulness of the data

The fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the registration form to be filled in by the User are necessary to follow up on his/her request, with the insertion of data in all other fields being optional.

With regard to data provided by any other means, at the time of their processing NOI80 is also required to indicate to the Users whether or not the corresponding insertion is mandatory.

The User guarantees that the personal data provided to NOI80 are true and up to date, undertaking to communicate any changes to the same, the User being the only person responsible in case of inaccuracy or falsity of the data provided for any damages and losses caused to NOI80 or to third parties due to the use of the services offered by NOI80.

NOI80 in turn declares that the personal data obtained are at all times adequate, pertinent and commensurate with the scope, specific purposes and nature of the services provided.

The data of the Users provided to NOI80 by any means in order to allow it to provide the requested services are obtained for the following purposes:
